Log in to your account

To log in to your new Illumii account, you can visit account.illumii.io or head to illumii.io where you'll see an illuminated 'login' button at the top of our home page. One you click on the 'sign-in' button you will be directed to our login portal which runs on auth.illumii.io. Don't worry though this redirects back to account.illumii.io once the authentication has completed. Please note you wont be able to navigate directly to auth.illumii.io.

From here you can enter your email address and password that you chose when you signed up with Illumii. If you have forgotten the password or want to change it you can do so from the 'Forgot your password' link.

Click 'Sign in' to validate your credentials and access your account. If you have already set up MFA you will be asked to provide unique 6 digit code as an added security measure.

You can set up MFA at a later point if you haven't already and we have a guide to enable this.
