Illumii Dashboard / Home
Once you have logged in to your account, the first screen you'll be presented with the home page of your account which is known as your 'dashboard'. From here you'll see an overview of your account as well as the subscriptions you hold with Illumii.
At the top you'll find your customer ID, email address linked to your account, the date your Illumii account started and your billing status.
In the subscription section you'll find a list of all your subscriptions with Illumii (servers). This section contains the following information:
- Subscription ID - This is randomly generated at the time of initial set up of your subscription
- Subscription Status - Shows the current status of your subscription
- Your server domain - This is the current sub domain for your server. We will soon be enabling full custom domain names for Pro or Enterprise users.
- Server status - Shows the current status of your server. You also have the option to reboot your server here if required (this process might take a few minutes).
- Server region - This shows the current region (cloud server location). We will soon be offering this setting to be changed if necessary.
- Server software version - We will display your current software version if we are able to pull if from your server. If this does not initially show, please refresh the page.
In the billing section you'll find a list of all the billing information related to your subscriptions. This section contains the following information:
- Subscription ID
- Plan - This will show your Illumii plan (Standard, Pro or Enterprise) and monthly or annually
- Amount - This is the Plan Price (Amount we will collect on a monthly or annual basis)
- Start Date - This is your subscription start date.
- Next bill date - This will be the next time we will collect the amount for your plan.
