Upgrading or downgrading
To upgrade your account, please visit the 'manage account' section from your illumii account.
From here you'll be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan via the payment interface (stripe customer portal).
Once you've clicked continue, you'll see a breakdown of the new cost. In most cases for monthly subscriptions this will be prorated for the remaining period of the month.
