Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your subscription, please visit the 'manage your account' section within your dashboard. From here you will find the option to cancel your plan, you'll be asked for a reason for your cancellation. If you populate this for us, it will help us improve our service.

Should you find our services unsuitable for your requirements or deem them no longer necessary, you have the option to cancel at any time.

It is important to note that full refunds are not offered. This policy is in place to recoup our upfront costs associated with providing the services. However, in the event of cancellation, the following scenarios apply:

For monthly subscriptions:

Your service will remain active until the next monthly billing date, after which it will be terminated.

For annual subscriptions:

Your service will remain active until the completion of 12 months.

In exceptional circumstances for annual subscriptions where we are unable to provide service for any of these periods, alternative refund arrangements may be considered.
