Signing Up

In this section we will run through the process to sign up with Illumii so that you have a new server running your Unifi Network Controller running in the cloud with an included SSL certificate.

Getting started with sign up

To start with our services you'll first need to sign up on our site. We are currently offering a 7 day trial for new customers.

Visit illumii.io to learn more and choose a plan or go straight to signup.illumii.io to get started.

Enter your name, surname, email address, read our site terms and conditions and then click to tick the checkbox where it shows "I'm not a robot" - we ask for this to confirm you are not a bot!
Once you are happy with the details you have provided click on 'Signup'.
Check your email inbox for a validation email. Once you have the email, grab the 6 digit code and enter on the sign up page to continue, alternatively you can click on the validation link from within the email. Remember you have 30 minutes from signing up to continue the registration process and choose a password for your account. If you have seen the email after 30 minutes have passed, you'll need to restart the sign-up process as your validation link would have expired.

Next step is to choose a password for your Illumii account.

Please note, your password needs to:

Include a minimum of 8 characters
Contain at least 1 number
Contain at least 1 special character
Contain at least 1 uppercase letter
Contain at least 1 lowercase letter

Once you have chosen a suitable password, you'll be redirected to our server location page. Please choose a preferred location for your cloud server region. We would suggest choosing the closest to you if you are not sure. If a location is not shown near to your desired city/region please let us know and we will do our best to support your requirements in the near future.
Next step is to enter a name for your sub domain or click the link if you'd like us to decide one for you (we will choose from a random list). This needs to be no longer than 12 characters.
Choose your preferred plan and payment frequency i.e Standard or Pro and Monthly or Yearly. Please remember, there is a 10% saving if you choose yearly.
Thats it! you just need to double check what you've chosen is accurate and click 'Confirm & pay'.
